We proudly serve El Reno and surrounding areas, including Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, Calumet, and nearby communities. If your event is 25 miles outside of El Reno, OK there will be a mileage fee added to you rental.
Please fill out our Rental Request form and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the inflatable you requested is available. We recommend booking early, especially during peak season.

We offer 4-hour and 8-hour rental options.
Our 4-hour rental is the minimum rental period due to our crew’s delivery and pickup schedules. Because our team services multiple events throughout the day, this allows us enough time to safely deliver, set up, and return later to pick up the inflatable.
If you’re planning a longer event, we recommend booking the 8-hour rental so everyone has plenty of time to enjoy the inflatable!
Yes! Our team handles delivery, setup, and takedown so you can relax and enjoy your event.
Delivery and pickup times vary depending on our route and the day’s schedule. Our team will contact you ahead of your event to confirm timing. Rest assured, your full rental time begins once the unit is set up and ready to use.
Yes. All inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within about 100 feet of the setup area to power the blower that keeps the inflatable running. If your event location does not have access to electricity, don’t worry! We offer generator rentals that can power the inflatable during your event. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need a generator so we can include it with your rental setup.
Yes! Bounce It Up El Reno is fully insured. We take safety very seriously and carry liability insurance to help protect our customers and our business.
If your event is being held at a school, park, church, or other venue that requires proof of insurance, we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request. Just let us know ahead of your event so we can get it to the venue if needed.
Safety comes first. Inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain, lightning, or winds over 15–20 mph. If unsafe weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a rain check. Bounce It Up reserves the right to delay or cancel setup if conditions are unsafe.
