Frequently Asked Questions

If you are booking one inflatable with us, we do not require a deposit.  If you are booking 2 or more inflatables, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit for each inflatable you are reserving.  Your $50 deposit will go towards your balance on the day of delivery. 

Yes! We carry a 1,000,000 liability insurance policy and we are also certified & inspected by the Oklahoma State Department of Labor.

We do not charge a delivery fee for rentals that are within 25 miles of El Reno, Oklahoma. The price you see includes delivery & setup, rental time, and pickup.  If you are outside of the 25 mile range, we will charge a mileage fee. 

We accept cash, card. check, venmo, or cash app.  

No!  We will bring everything you need for your rental.  However, if the inflatable is going to be further than 100 feet from the electrical outlet or water source, please let us know so we can come prepared. 

We do 4 or 8 hour rentals.  If you need a longer rental time, let us know and we can work something out! 

No! We will arrive for set up at least 45 mins to 2 hours early before your rental time begins.  We want you to enjoy the full 4 or 8 hours of your rental. 

We can! However, it is your responsibility to get prior approval and have electrical and water access. 

Safety is our number one priority.  We will keep an eye on the weather and let you know as far as in advance as we can if it is safe to set up or not.
